Born and raised in New Orleans, I took on a passion for food, flavors, and spice. Working in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, I decided I wanted to share those flavors with the world. After Hurricane Katrina, I relocated to the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex and here is where it all began. Making your event special comes with unforgettable moments as well as unforgettable food and that is the idea behind A Taste of New Orleans.
